Admittedly, I still have never been in a relationship with a guy...also hadn't even been on a first date with a guy. I'm excited though! However, I feel like I have a tendency to be overly naiive with my head in the clouds (which make me overly trusting at times). Anything i need to watch out for??

Just be yourself. Sounds like you have a pretty good grasp of that. I do find, however, that noting that common-ground you have with a potential date is always helpful. Think of doing the things you like and finding guys who like the same thing.

Sorta like meeting the jocks on here. You already have that in common. My partner and I met over our love for technology. That followed with a love of animation. Two clicks and we were off and running. I thought I'd marry a big old football player! Who knew?

And don't short-change a guy just because he doesn't fit the mold of what you wished or dreamed of. Everyone is, at least, a potential friend.

    Peace and good luck,
    Bardy

Watch out for guys that haven't been in relationships or had any dating history icon_lol.gif

Trusting can be a good thing, but the guy should earn your trust.
Actions speak louder than words. If the guy tells you something, but what he does isn't in line with what he's telling you then it's a red flag.
