    Bench Jumps 50 (25 each side)
    Sit Ups - Full 50
    Row 750m
    Shoulder Press 30 x 30 kg
    Step Ups 50 x 12 kg each hand (5 risers)
    Bench Press 40 x 40 kg
    Treadmill 1000m @ 5% Incline

    Time Under 15 mins Elite (Premier)
    Time Under 17 mins Advanced
    Time Under 20 mins Minimum Standard
