What are good songs for a running playlist? I try to put my whole music on shuffle but I always find myself skipping songs so I slow down my pace to focus on changing it and thus lose focus on the workout. So what are songs that help you keep focus on running? Or even sites that have good lists of music?

I'm music ADHD as well and my best advice is to lighten your load. Just leave the songs on your iPod that you REALLY REALLY like.

Or if you want, RJ member Bravehound has some pretty sick house mixes that go on for an hour straight.

    I hope that helps.

Don't laugh...or judge...but recently I've been playing the deluxe version of Femme Fatale by Britney for my cardio. It's great. I set a playlist with it though and skip tracks 7,13,15 [they're great too but a bit slow for me]

If it has a good, consistent beat I'm all set. Usually Gaga, Spears, club/dance genres, semi-inspirational with a beat (e.g. Gotta Get Through This by Beddingfield), sometimes something a little dark to keep the mood going (e.g. Supermassive Black Hole by Muse and Family Portrait by Pink)

I download the crap out of remixes.

Lemme try to find something for you...

Britney Spears' new single "Till The World Ends" is up-tempo and addicting.
    Chris Brown - ...Yeah 3X
    Jeffree Star - Prisoner
And Then There Were None - Thank The Watchmaker (Side Note: Perfect for a second wind during the chorus)
And Then There Were None - Action is the Anecdote
    Breath Electric - Let Go
    Cascada - Pyromania
Cobra Starship - Good Girls Go Bad (Cash Cash Remix)
Flo Rida - Club Can't Handle Me
Don't judge me for this next one... it's motivating...
Hilary Duff - With Love (Vission Vs. Aude Remix)
Innerpartysystem - The Way We Move
    Janet Jackson - Make Me
Jeffree Star Featuring Matt Skiba - Louis Vuitton Bodybag
Ke$ha - We R Who We R (Fred Falke Remix)
    Ke$ha - Cannibal
    Kelly Rowland - Commander
Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (Bimbo Jones Radio Edit)
Lady Gaga - Poker Face (Jody Den Broeder Radio Edit)
(You might not care for his voice)
New Found Glory - Hit Or Miss
New Found Glory - My Friends Over You
Patrick Stump Featuring Alph-A-Bit - Porcelain
    Rihanna - S&M
Shiny Toy Guns - Le Disko (TS Brooklyn & Brimstone Remix)
    Skrillex - Kill Everybody
Usher Featuring Pitbull - DJ Got Us Falling In Love

A mini list I found when I suggested a few songs to my friends work out playlist.

    I now have tons more.
