Sofar today i woke up, done 30 mins on the treamill, then had my breakfast i had 1 brown bagel with 2pouched eggs and spoonful of beans and now for lunch i'm eating 2 small chicken breasts (111 calories each) with 75g of brown rice. What i've eaten today already comes to 1124 calories? I was thinking of eating an apple for a snack later then have my dinner tonight! Am i eating to many calories?
