Sofar today i woke up, done 30 mins on the treamill, then had my breakfast i had 1 brown bagel with 2pouched eggs and spoonful of beans and now for lunch i'm eating 2 small chicken breasts (111 calories each) with 75g of brown rice. What i've eaten today already comes to 1124 calories? I was thinking of eating an apple for a snack later then have my dinner tonight! Am i eating to many calories?

Less than the number of calories your body burns.
Google "Basal Metabolic Rate" to get a general idea.

PS. Good luck! I've been there. icon_biggrin.gif

    It's easier than that.
First an apple is very low calorie and yet still filling, so it's fine as a snack.
You should be eating just enough to still fill hungry. That's the best answer for losing weight. If you feel hungry, your body will use its fat stores and burn em up.
Muscle can be maintained through lifting hard and heavy.

Growth is a slow process unless you use drugs.

yeah, basically as long as you are burning more calories than you are eating, you will lose weight. most people need between 2000 and 2500 calories to maintain weight provided to do a minimum of exercise just in the execution of daily tasks. (of course, most people DON'T get that minimum exercise because they don't execute any tasks that require physical exertion.)
