What did I tell you about fighting man? Well I am at least glad that you are okay. If it's only a few days then no biggie. You could always do cardio or work your legs. When my arm was broken I would still do light hogs for card. Just be careful and no more fighting!
Rub some dirt on it!! No, but let the fucker heal, focus on legs and running while it heals. I messed my shoulder up a while back and never let it heal (even though I totally know better) it turned into a grade 2 AC separation. Just focus on legs for the time being
I sprained mine last Saturday, but for a completely different reason: I was at the shooting range with a buddy and he wanted me to experience firing a .357 magnum round with his new Ruger LCR. Just from the one round, I felt like I broke my thumb.
