Weight training within 48 hours

    Several people have told me that weight training the same muscle group within 48 hours is detrimental. I also know that when one works the chest/back, one is using his triceps/biceps, respectively. Then, is it a good idea to work on arms the day after working on chest/back? Does this put too much strain on the biceps/triceps or does it not matter? Really confused!

    Several people have told me lots of inaccurate information.
    Experience has been my best teacher.
    Work your biceps and triceps whenever you feel like it.
    Your body will tell you when you're doing too much.
