Several people have told me that weight training the same muscle group within 48 hours is detrimental. I also know that when one works the chest/back, one is using his triceps/biceps, respectively. Then, is it a good idea to work on arms the day after working on chest/back? Does this put too much strain on the biceps/triceps or does it not matter? Really confused!
