I started following the 30-Day meal plan in Robb Wolf's The Paleo Solution book.

Is anyone else out there on a Paleo diet? If so, how's it going?

I have some questions too and would like to see if anyone on this site has answers.

    THANKS!

I'm one of several paleo spectrum dieters on RJ. My own diet is along the lines of http://www.paleonu.com/ in that I'm not into cultish food reenactment. I eat some dairy and occasional beans, but for the most part, I avoid grains. I do just fine on this diet.

I modified it to fit my taste and needs...meaning I still have some "no-no" stuff.
Considering my exponentially increased energy level and fitness achievements, I swear by it.

I'm wondering about protein powder. If I"m trying to stick to no dairy, what's the best to use?

Egg protein. You can buy it in bulk at http://www.trueprotein.com/

Paleo is NOT food reenactment. That is a serious mistake that a lot of people, including even some of its proponents, make. If that´s what you´re doing, you need to change.

After a month of slow carb, I´ve been doing my 30 days for 2 weeks now. Loving it. Any questions, fire away haha

I've been on a version of the Paleo called the Primal Blueprint since May 2010. Feel free to hit me up if you wanna ask anything.

I've posted this a million times but hands down best Paleo recipe site is:

    http://theclothesmakethegirl.blogspot.com/2010/02/dino-chowpaleo-recipes.html

With the caveat that I still haven't read Robb's book.

I've been on it since late August after reading Primal Blueprint.

Love it. I still eat crap I'm not supposed to from time to time, but I don't sweat it. I'm about 85-100% compliant, I'd say.

I have yet to read paleo solution, but my friend who recommended Primal Blueprint recommended it as even a better book.
