need advices for definition and/or workoutplan

    hey guys

    i did mass gaining workout for 6 months now without diet
    and i gained 14kg. my start weight was 78 now i am 92kg with a height of 1,76m.

    and now i think its time for definition cuz i think i'm too bulky now.
    i also gained sum extra fat icon_biggrin.gif

    my BFP is also too high 18,3%

    can u give me any advices which way is the best for definition and how to do a diet without loosing muscles?

    the best would be if u have a workoutplan which u used for yourself

    Do the P90X program. It'll lean you out & give definition. Oh yeah, you won't loose any muscle mass with this program (probably you'll gain some). And it has a great diet plan.
