I would love to know what it is. I have been battling my belly for over a year and really not getting far with it. Happy with everything else, except I have this belly jelly that I can't get rid of. I bet I have a ripped set of abs under it though. Even my doctor said I should look at "getting a procedure" when I asked her what I can do at my last physical icon_razz.gif

I do 200 crunches a day, it's painful after about 50; I do the mat 5 days a week, holding myself up till i can't anymore. 3 days a week i'm on the ab equipment with everything else. I run 5 days/week.

For 7 months I only ate pretty much chicken & salad, lost about 40 pounds of fat, just not from my belly.

I don't know what else to do, so if you figure out an answer, please share.

I follow a very strict diet of Mickey D's, Wendy's, Burger King, and Checkers.
Sometimes, just to be even more healthy, I'll eat some frozen pattie thingies done on a grill...with some juicy hot dogs.
Yep, a strict diet is what it takes. icon_biggrin.gif

Really dude why are you worried about this....and no not a super strict diet but just watch what you eat over all, don't expect to be able to eat super "unhealthy" foods and have no consequences.

I have the same problem. I'm not happy with my belly. However, I can feel my abs under my fat. I don't eat junk food. My diet consist of: Morning 4-6 eggs, buck wheat pancakes w/honey, or cereal by Kashi usaly it's Cinnamon Harvest or Golean Crunch w/soy milk or almond milk. I snack on frute through out the day and aprox 5 almonds a day. Lunch consist of: Chicken or Fish, veg, if I eat pasta it be wheat pasta. Dinner the same as lunch. However, today I had veg pizza on wheat crust.

It can this one, but I doubt many other guys will be brutally honest enough to admit it. icon_wink.gif

I have the same problem with my love handles or back fat as i like to call it. No matter how much i work out or diet i can never get rid of them. When i hard core diet they will go down but i can never completely get rid of them. Its just a problem area for me in which i will need to get a lil lipo on im told.

I think you need a belly to lose one.
