    ive been the kind of person that has always wanted the nice chest and small waist, im 13 stone and 5ft 5inch.

    This is my question, whats the best way to lose the weight and change the looking of my body in term of gaining mussel, should i lose the weight first then work on mussel or just work on mussel, or both at the same time.

    Please give me some good advice as im so ready to make a life change.

    I'd adopt a healthy eating plan, get some cardio, work on toning muscle until you're approximately the weight you want, then think about strength training.

    seriously though- If you work out with weights and cardio you will lose fat while gaining muscle. Eat more veggies and no refined foods or sugar.

    There are alot of good workout programs right here on RJ.
