Just curious since I read a article a friend emailed me that said sleeping on your tummy squashes your face, thus making you less attractive. I usually sleep on my stomach with my arms and legs every which way. Also because my back gets hot way too fast and I like my face against the cool side of the pillow.

So lovely hunks of realjock, do you sleep on your side? On your back? On your stomach?

I sleep on my tum tum 3/4 quarters of the way with my leg on a high kick position.....

    Hmmm wonder what that means.

On a side note....After the intial post sex cuddle, I like to sleep AWAY from my partner....I like my space and I tend to fidget around in bed before getting into the comfortable sleep position on the above mentioned.

back, right side, left side, spooning up against my man, his/my head on the other's chest......

the only time my face is on/in a pillow is during sex.

I used to sleep on my stomach, but that's terribly bad for your back, neck and posture.

The actuel best position to sleep is the fetal position with a pillow between the knees to reduce the pressure on your hips.

I won't sleep with a pillow between my knees, but instead, I'll put a fold from my blanket, or someone else's leg between mine icon_smile.gif

Otherwise, I also sleep on my back. I only sleep on my stomach in the morning, between 2 alarm snoozes...

Please post pictures as evidence. icon_wink.gif

But to answer the question, mostly side, but also back. I think that sleeping with your face pressed against the pillow does make you look puffier the next morning, so I try not to do it.

I'd say .. on my back about 75% of the time and on my side about 25%.

mostly on my side with a pillow between my knees...helps keep the hip joint aligned.

once in a while on my back with a pillow under my knees...to help prevent lower back strain.

I sleep on my right side (face facing the right side, chest facing the right side, legs on top of each other with both of my arms nestled underneath my pillow).

I think it is religious... well that's why my parents forced me to sleep like that.

    Stomach & side.

The greatest waking up feeling is when you realize you're in the exact same position as when you fell asleep, so that you practically didn't move all night.

Usually start on my side and end on my back....same goes if someone is in bed with me, and if I'm tired I fall rigth asleep on my back and don't move an inch all night...freaks some people out.

I'm kinda OCD when I sleep. I have to start on my right side, I'll then switch to the left, lay on my back, and wake up on my stomach. If I don't go through that rotation, I wake up tired. Its really the weirdest thing.

I can only sleep on my stomach, with one arm under the pillow, and my head resting on top.

I usually sleep with one foot on the floor. It helps keep the room from spinning so much.
