If your favorite pair has suddenly fallen apart on you, it is hard to motivate yourself to find a new one.
Friends urge you to go out and get new ones—sometimes offering to accompany you.
Sometimes friends take an interest in them and "borrow" them but never give them back.
Some are the perfect fit that you want to show off.
Some are the really cheap ones.
Some are the childish ones that are fun at first but get old after awhile.
Some just don't fit right and make you uncomfortable all night long.
Sometimes you just get tired of seeing the same one wrapped around you all the time.
Sometimes you just grow out of them and realize that it is time to move on to bigger and better things.
