Share you stories, cute things that have happened to you with your significant other!

    Here's mine:
We stayed over at his friends' place at a night of drinking, and the next morning he woke me up by cuddling up to me, and kissing me on the shoulder. I don't know why, but it felt like absolute bliss. icon_redface.gif

I just started seeing this amazing guy. About three weeks ago we were out having coffee and cookies and he starts folding up his napkin the way kids do when they're passing notes around in school. As he's doing that he says, "If we had gone to the same high school and I saw you, I would have written you a note and folded it up just like this. The note would have said, 'I think you're cute!' and I would have given it to you as we passed each other in the halls." He then takes my hand and passes me the "note" as he kisses my cheek. I didn't stop smiling for the longest time! icon_biggrin.gif

Him and I got really really drunk on St. Patty's Day, then got lost while walking through the neighborhood as we were trying to find a friend's house to crash at because we were both too drunk to drive. Around 3am, he said "hey I'm tired, I'm gonna lay down here for a minute." I agreed, and laid down next to him.

A few hours later, we woke up and realized we'd passed out on the fucking sidewalk, and had no idea where we were.

PS. This was last week. icon_lol.gif

This was something I did for someone. Actually, it was me first partner.

After six months of seeing each other I use to trace the words "I love you" on his body when we were laying in bed at night. WEll, that didn't get a response until after my second tactic.

I got a wooden box from some craft store. I painted the outside, and I painted on the bottom of the inside "I love you". Went down to the wharf and got some fresh salmon and tuna. I filled the box with my sushi rolls and delivered to him at work that evening. From what I heard he started crying when he got to the bottom of the box. Needless to say the gesture was returnedicon_smile.gif

I think he still has that box too... Awe

Well the way people found out about me liking guys was sort of too public. It all started when I had a myspace (aka, high school days, I was about 16) and was recently seeing someone 'straight' secretly. (we still see each other and hang out once in a while) It didn't work out but since I was one of those techy peoples, I had customized my page, I just ignored it, got lazy and didn't bother to switch the status, nor make any info private. To my surprise, his sister found my myspace page that read: Taken by a Boy. Now, our family is real close with...hm a TON of people, SO...it so happens her family is close to some of my family's close friends, and she goes opening her mouth about me having a boyfriend. Our family (and most of their friends, including that two face girl) has those hardcore religious and traditional conservative morals, (tsssss, ouuuhh yeah) so she made me a topic of conversation. A lot of people started texting me shit...not to exaggerate, in one day I got like about 70 different numbers texting me asking if it was true and before you know it, even the community church knew and I was called to force into confess... and therefore confess to my parents. I did.... they didn't take it well.

    (fast forward) the next day...

my best friend (who is more liberal and loves me didnt give me any drama, she just said...you know what you do...) So her bro finds out. He's like 2 years and couple months younger than me. I used to find that brat SOOOO annoying, until he started high school, (i was a 5'5 junior) he was (5'11) freshman, we would talk and tease once in a while afterwards but nothing ever too serious.

So when he finds out about what happened.... he rides his bike over to my house... and knocks. I was in my room like honestly, depressed, and was crying because of the hardcore argument with my parents, and ...well I didn't bother to open, I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone. Well he stayed outside for a while... maybe like 20 minutes until I decide to go get the mail... i see him there. And he was like: hey!... so I was like...hm, hi? and he just walks in....uninvited. (he does that a lot)

So I go back to my room and before i knew it ...he was there too. So I just look down and kinda started tearing a bit. so I just turned away and started to cry.... Without saying a word. he sits me on my bed and sits next to me and hugs me. Then he says...lie down....and cuddles next to me for like about 10 minutes. Without a word....10 silent minutes of him cuddling next to me....wow. I honestly didnt see that one coming. until this day...i get a little emotional.

    BTW...he's straight.
the guy's sister never knew i dated her bro
and my bff don't know about this and she better not find out haah

This episode will NEVER ever go away from my heart icon_smile.gif

I was dating a guy that lives downtown, and I would stay at his place a lot. If I stayed over on a Sunday night (I had no class Monday) he would wake up for work and if I woke up he would tell me "don't worry, you don't have to get up" and kiss me goodbye before he left.

    I miss it. icon_cry.gif

I made Chinese food for Bill. I bought fortune cookies, fished out the fortunes and replaced them all with ones I made up, some of them very romantic, some a little graphic. I was all pleased with myself at his expressions as he opened them. Then he knocked ME out by making them all happen. icon_wink.gif

First date I went on with my ex Chris. We went hiking in Upper Bidwell Park in Chico (think this... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/63/Big_Chico_Creek_in_Upper_Bidwell_Park.jpg and afterwards I asked what he wanted to do, and he said he didn't care...just wanted to see more of my favorite places in Chico.
I took him to Powell's Candy Shop. He was so excited when i told him this (candy addict) that he did this cute lil hop/skip/jump thing and broke out in the biggest smile.

That's when I first decided I wanted him in my life.
    Good kid.

I was at Myrtle Beach recently and saw a guy there - had to be in his 20's. Definitely caught my eyes. And again. Haha anyway there was a point where he noticed I was watching - and since I was in the "this is my vacation from both work and school" mode I didn't really care. It could have been creepy from his angle but he smiled. This may sound completely lame (I dunno) but for the next half hour it was us just on and off catching each others' sights and smiling. There was something entrancing and awesome about it...

dunno if that entirely counts. Hope Whoever reads this does not feel unnerved haha icon_neutral.gif

I was having this crazy dream where I was drowning and the more I sank, the less I could breathe. I suddenly wake up to find that I couldn't breathe because my dude had his big fat dick in my mouth. Ok, that didn't happen... But I wish it did ;)

So i was making dinner for my ex (while we were still together) for the first time at my place. He showed up early and i was still cooking, my place was still a mess and i had not showered yet. When he walks in the door, i start excusing myself and ranting about my day (i was feeling a little fraseled with the cooking and cleaning and everything at the same time). So while i'm ranting he just stands in the door way, wine bottle in hand, and just looks at me with the cuttest boyish smile on his face. Oblivious to these things, when i notice he's just standing there and staring at me, i look back at him and say "what?". He answers "nothing", moments gone and he starts putting his coat away and helping with the cooking. During our dinner, in the middle of one of our many topics of discussion/debate, i start stating my opinion on a subject and he starts looking at me the way he did at the door...and i react the same way. i just say "what? why do you always look at me like that". that's when he said "when i look at you like that, its because i'm thinking how happy i am that you're in my life"...and thats when i fell in love with the guy. plus i felt really stupid for giving him the "what you looking at foo" attitude

So I had just started seeing this guy, and I would stay over at his place every now and then.

One of the nights I stayed over was before my first graduate PhD school interview at Harvard. Needless to say, I was freaking nervous, and he offered to drive me to the airport the next morning.

So i bring my luggage to his place, and we went to bed pretty early (early flight). The next morning, he wakes me up, makes me breakfast, drives me to the airport, and kisses me goodbye at Departures.

That night, as I'm getting settled into my hotel room, I start to unpack my suitcase...and I find at the bottom of my luggage a note from him tied to a bag full of dried mangoes (i love mangoes!). I still have no idea how he managed to slip that note in (I was with him the whole morning).
The note was so sweet, telling me to just be myself, have confidence, and how much he'll miss me that weekend.

I almost died. I kept that note in my wallet with me for the next 6 interviews I went on, and read it each time before I put on my interview attire.

    I still have it icon_smile.gif
