Best time to begin working out

    I dont know when the best time to work out is it better if im full or empty stomach or what? :/ any suggestions fellow rj members icon_biggrin.gif

    Any workout is gonna be a good workout, IMO.

    I dont like to go when I am hungry because I lack the energy to work out to my fullest.

    I dont go right after I eat because I feel bloated.

    The answer is somewhere in the middle.

    The best time to workout is when you want to workout.
    My personal favorite time is between meals. Since I eat every three hours, the middle hour is perfect because I'm not full and not hungry.
