Any guys on here surf San Diego, maybe even C-Bad? I like to head out, even though I kinda suck, but it would be good to have a few dudes to paddle out with from time to time.

Pacific Beach guy here, too. It's fun to surf with a friend. My surfboard broke years ago. I have a boogie board and have fun with that, but have been considering getting another board. I don't like the water when it's cold and the huge winter swells are beyond my skill level. I don't do wetsuits, so June through October is it for me.

The white shark was long gone probably hours after the attack. They are travelers, never stick around unless there's a consistent food source (i.e. seals) for them. It bit the man, but let him go. Sadly, enough damage was done. Shark attacks are very rare in San Diego (knock on wood!).

The paramedics discovered that the guy who got eaten by that shark had dandruff. Do you know how?

They found his head and shoulders on the shore. icon_surprised.gif

You org posted in 2007 so if you have been keeping up with your skills you should give Black's a shot on a day it is going off. Incredible left's down there but I have seen Black's go off with 14 footers.

HomingDevice saidSurfing, meh...can we go to the sunken city of Atlantis instead? That way we would have a submarine and scuba gear, sharks scare me.

Atlantis is in the Bahamas mate icon_smile.gif
