This does not bode well for the diet, unless of course I stick with the Tom Yum Koong & Waterfall beef salads.

Nice! Improvement in anything is always a plus.

Even though I don't prefer thai food, most of it is sweet... i leave that sweetness for desert only.

It's actually pretty easy to avoid the sweetness, just avoid the palm sugars and kick up the spices.

Do you use tamarin concentrate or the pods that you reconstitute in water. I am dying for a quality pad thai sauce and have tried a lot (to no avail).

So many different combos and so much wasted money on other ingredients I need.

    Tamarin
    Fish Sauce
    Soy
    Honey

    give me some quantities haha

Thai food is my favorite. If I was going to the electric chair, I'd choose tom yum, panang duck and papaya salad for my last meal!
