OK so I'm kinda new to weight training. Only been at it 2 months. I was using a protein mass gainer shake but I know there a low carb ones. The advice given to me was that I would be needing the carbs to put on the mass. I didn't really find an increase of body fat, in fact there was no change. I'm just wondering if I will get the same results (or better or worse) if I use a low carb protein....? Any advice? Not really looking to bulk and trim at the same time. I can see how its best to bulk and then cut. Any advice?
