if I could get the bicep vein to pop out on my arms. I'm not a very shallow person, but this is one thing I've always wanted in myself. No matter how much I work out it just wont happen. Veins show on my forearms but not the main one on the bicep. I'm not sure why, but I've always associated it with being masculine and strong. I've recently upped my cardio in a last ditch effort but I'm not sure what else to do. I don't want to have zero body fat to be able to see it [not to mention that's just not going to happen with me]. Some guys aren't shredded at all but still have that vein showing. Is there ANYTHING I can do to make it show?icon_redface.gif

Ya know, I used to say the same thing.
Now I've accomplished it...along with forearm veins, which I also find extremely sexy.
My advice: Veins, like abs, are made in the kitchen. icon_wink.gif

Where would be a good place to look for food ideas to promote something like that?

Meaning that you need to cut down on your body fat percentage to see the vein pop.
Then work out consistently, with enough time between workouts for the muscles to recover. Variety of exercises also help.

Do a Google search for "getting vascular biceps". You will find a lot of sites that give you recommended exercises.

I can attest mine popped off my arms when I started cranking on standing barbell bicep curls followed by seated dumbell curls. (Look at my B&W Workout Joe pic)

And yes, that vein is damn sexy.

    Eeeek.

I have some pots that need scrubbing, those veins will suffice until I can get some more Brillo pads...

If it were an obsession I'd be working my ass off toward that goal every day. I'm not, and I only think about it maybe once every few weeks.
