OMG - I'm on the second week of this program and it is kicking my ass! I mean, I thought I was in fairly decent shape but I have yet to make it through a single workout without having to stop anywhere from 3 to 6 times to catch my breath and let my heart rate come down a bit.
My question is whether there is anyone out there who can actually make it through an entire workout without taking a break? I mean, not even Shaun T. does the whole thing because he stops to give pointers on form. Also, I'm not sure I've seen a single participant in the DVD, who hasn't stopped for a breather at some point.
Also, I was thinking about asking on the BeachBody Insanity site, but were any of you guys who finished the entire program still struggling with the month one workouts when it was time to start the month two workouts where things get harder?
This really is probably the hardest series of workout DVDs around!
