Has anyone found a workout routine that they were impressed with in helping grow in size?

I was starting develop my own routine and what I have been doing is full body every time, every other day:

Usually it is along the lines of:

Bench Press (3 sets of 4 to 6 reps - heavy)
Dumbbell press (3 sets of 8 to 12 reps - medium)

    Squats (3 sets of 4 to 6 - heavy)
Weighted Lunge (3 sets of 8 to 12 - medium)

Pull Ups (3 sets of 4 to 6 - heavy)
Lat pulldown (3 sets of 8 to 12 - medium)

Two ab exercises - 3 sets of 10

(And if I have time, bicep curls and tricep extension)

.... Of course every time I go, the workouts have varying exercises, but this is the general principle of it - the average workout takes about an hour, maybe hour and a half.

Still very new with this, and any help would be appreciated, I have a picture in review that would I would love to be critiqued. Thanks!

I started with something similar, but you need to eat more if you want to gain mass.

I'm aware of the needing to eat more, and that's another thing I am looking in to. Barely ever home so I am trying to figure out an eating schedule, and meals/snacks that'll average about 2500 calories a day, perhaps a little more.

At 19 my body looked very similar to yours. I ate everything that wasn't bolted down. I didn't gain until my metabolism slowed a bit in my mid 20's. You look good. Keep it up.

Nuts and dried fruit are easy to carry if you are constantly on the go. Hard boiled eggs are also good for grabbing and eating on the run. I was never as thin as you (even before working out... I have a 'before' picture in my private pics, if you like) and using these as snacks have not increased my body fat, but have increased muscle mass. Note that every body is different and yours may react differently than mine did.
