Sore Lower Back after Fucking

    So I was having sex after the gym last night with me laying on the floor and him on top (both facing towards and then away) and with me bucking my hips up to thrust. It was all well and good, however...

    ...now my lower back muscles feel pretty sore, and it's definitely from the post-gym activity as I don't normally have this soreness.

    When I do my workout tomorrow should I skip the back exercises and just do the rest, or still work the back? Definitely not going to do the same thing after the workout though, learnt my lesson!

    It was at home not at the gym!

    Non-sexy update: I still did my back exercise, was fine today. 47.5kg on the seated row which is the most I've done as well.

    I've had that problem before with sex. My muscles ached the next day and a little the day after. Maybe they were just using muscles you don't active often enough. icon_smile.gif
