For the love of everything good on this planet, please don't feel down and negative.

I know some of you all really do have problems and are in a tight spot. Life maybe throwing you a shit fit. Its never easy to live in a world where order and chaos seem to clash with one another, leaving only us to figure out what to do next but....

There is a 'light at the end of the tunnel'...No matter how far away or small it seems, it'll only get bigger and closer when you tell yourself that you will persevere though the difficulties that you face.

And believe me there are people, like myself who will cheer you on, even if I am in a tight spot. We all have our sad tales to tell but we should acknowledge another persons own problems and see if we can help in some fashion.

Helping each other by being tolerant and understanding really does open our eyes to strive ourselves in being better.

It not about seeing things through rose tinted glasses, but to gain a perspective on things.

So remember, lovers can come and go, life can flash by or take a dump on you, but as Jem song goes...Its just a ride icon_smile.gif

Oh another song which is one of my favs.

    Cheers fellas

Thank you for posting this, Fivealive. You have done a great service here for many guys. I know, because I was kinda down and out around the holidays last year and the love and affection I received from many here at RJ helped me get through the whole ordeal.

Thank you again and many other guys here are thanking you as well.

Be careful what you ask for...I am studying astronomy, and may take a career change...not to mention I don't live very far from Kennedy Space Center. icon_wink.gif

i think it's funny that for an uplifting, "light at the end of the tunnel" topic, you use a silent hill song lmao

good music in that game, but just, that is the most miserably depressing and disturbing thing that is scarring the minds of youth out there.

i'd know having played silent hill 2 till 3 in the morning on school nights as a kid. maybe that's why i have screwy dreams hahaha.

that is where i learned how to look at things metaphorically though. had a positive influence on me too.

changing your mind set is about as hard as you think it is.
keeping it that way is the tough part.

You're an awesome guy, M.B. I agree that there are plenty of people in this world who are unhappy--and for others the sadness is chronic, not simply intermittent or occasional. Indeed, amongst gay people depression is a significant problem. A good number of gay guys have grown up in abusive environments and have had to endure bullying, insults, etc.--especially those who don't "fit" the typical male stereotypes, are not athletic or sports-minded, are on the heavier side, etc. These are our brothers who need our understanding, love, and support the most.

But you see, letter from the lost days, gives hope to the guys.....

Honestly I was like that....I actually wrote a letter for myself to be read five yeas ago...

You know what... I went through sad times and bad times....I saw them through, because I know that I still want to preserve and be successful in life.

@Dom: Chronic Depression is common for the guys and bi's but sometimes you gotta see that if you go put your mind to better yourself, you'll find the small steps lead to big steps.

SO guys..Hang in there!! Be prosperous without the need for a mate..Because eventually it'll happen

If it doesn't, no biggy because as self as it sounds, keep your personal self intact!!
