Hey RJers..so I am not sure if this is frowned upon, but I thought I would try it anyways. I am currently in training to ride 150km in August to help raise money for MS. However, to be able to participate, I need to raise some money, wasn't sure, but here's the link to my web page for the MS Society of Canada. There is a little blurb about why I am riding. Thanks to anyone who can support (even tips on training for 150km!!) icon_biggrin.gif

You're riding for a good cause. I've donated, and hope many others do as well!
    Best of luck!!!

Congrats for supporting a good cause.

I'd suggest slowly building up your daily distance from now until race day by starting daily rides in the teens. For good advice and training route details check out Friend for Life [FFL] and/or the Toronto Bike Network.

    Good Luckicon_biggrin.gif
