Ran 8 miles which I ran in two 4-mile parts. First one I ran in 26:42 (6:41 pace) and then after a quick bathroom and water stop I ran the second part in 29:18 (7:20 pace) which evens out to 7 minute pace.
went for a 25min run after almost a month of no cardio whatsoever ( bad flu/cold whatever ) . it got a bit ouchy but not in a bad way. back to it on sunday again.
