Rockbiter saidGood work. There is a definite difference. 10 lbs is great. Figure out what your goals are and make them happen. There are few things as great as being fit and healthy.
I wouldn't worry about the 10 lbs. People typically lose a lot in the beginning; your weight loss might slow down a bit now. If you get bored, switch it up. Pick up a sport, or try circuit training, etc.
