Congrat's on your weight-loss success. The pics are to different to be able to say what changed, however guy in pic #2 starts to look good. Guy in pic #1 is just fat.

Keep eating healthily and start changing your work-outs so they stay interesting and challenging.

You've also changed the hair pattern on your abs. That's an even more astounding achievement!

Weight loss will probably calm down now. Yes, there is a difference, and it is not just the shaving. Just keep at it and don't overdo. That way you won't burn out.

Good work. There is a definite difference. 10 lbs is great. Figure out what your goals are and make them happen. There are few things as great as being fit and healthy.

I wouldn't worry about the 10 lbs. People typically lose a lot in the beginning; your weight loss might slow down a bit now. If you get bored, switch it up. Pick up a sport, or try circuit training, etc.

Yep, the difference is noticeable. Keep it up, but just keep in mind that crunches only target your upper abs and i can tell that part of your loss is from there. And while your stomach is shrinking, remember that diet is going to be key to getting your abs to show. The fat you can see and the fat you can't see must come off and that will be with diet, cardio and weight training. Best of luck and update from time to time! icon_wink.gif
