I think you would be better off working out with weights and following a healthy eating plan.

If you lose weight at the moment you will probably look unhealthy.

my parents have a wii fit and for our height (im the same height as you) it says we should be at about 137 lbs so i would work your way to 137lbs then weight lift and gain a whole bunch of mass btw you goodthe way you are right now im the one that needs to lose weight

Don't focus on appearance. Focus on health. That is my only advice.

Hysteriak saidI love guys with a little bit of a belly, gives me something to hold onto

I rather hold on to a big chest and curvy triceps than a 'bit of belly'.

Agree with some of the other guys....don't worry about losing weight....instead, start lifting weights and do cardio and eat healthier, your bodyfat %age will go down

I'm a little more built than you, but still have that same problem area, the bit of flab around the lower stomach. Nobody calls me fat, and if i wear the right shirt I look pretty good. But how do I get rid of that little flat tire thing? Can I? I've run marathons and not been able to get it off. Who knows what to do?

Body recomposition baby! You donĀ“t want to lose weight. You want to lose fat and gain muscle. The way to do this is

    (1) Diet
    (2) Resistance training
    (3) Rest.

People always think they want to lose weight. Normally guys actually want to lose fat and stay the same weight.

Maybe, but remember that you can spot gain but not spot loose.. so loosing 10 lbs doesn't mean it would drop 10 pounds off any one area.

You should work on building some muscle with a good diet and then work in cardio to trim up. I used to have a lot of trouble losing weight when I didn't do them together but now that I have more muscle it's a lot easier to lose weight. (6lbs in two weeks ftw)

The belly is cute dude icon_razz.gif. Don't lose the weight, keep it on and just work out more if you can. You would be way to skinny 10 lbs lighter

I think you should aim for 20 lbs.

If you lost ten pounds you'd be a hardcore twink. If you stayed the same weight, but toned, you'd be better off.

i suggest that adding 10 pounds of muscle mass, from your ankles to your chin, would turn you into a enviable, desireable man.
