My stomach trembles when I do
pilates.jpg or something close to that after about 10s.
It's right where the lower ribs are. I don't know if it's my back or stomach, but it's deeper in that area.

This area sort of trembles and pulses all at the same time. I've noticed that if I breathe deeply, that helps.

Is this indicative of weak stomach or weak back or am I just not doing it correctly?

Are you taking about your stomach, the organ, or a region of your body?

I mean my upper rectus abdominis or transversus abdominis-the chief upper stomach muscles.
Are they just weak or am I not doing it correctly as deep breathing seems to help.

I have been doing stomach exercises that I thought were pretty holistic based on what area becomes sore-plank, pushups, alternatives of crunches I have seen on YouTube from Billy Blanks, p90x, and some other people.
