Hey guys just want opinions. So for past 3 weeks really been hitting my chest hard and it shows now, its wider and thicker and STRONGER! I used to struggle to do 8 reps with only a 45 on each side. Today I was throwing up 8 reps like nothing and I had 2 45s on each side. So in 3 weeks my chest is much stronger and bigger, and I've skipped/ignored focus on my back because I think it's boring.

Well today started chest workout and my upper back into my shoulders started pulling and got a little painful and I knew then I was putting too much into my chest, so backed off and did a back workout today and it's helped but still sore. Just wondering, would this make sense, should I back off on chest a little bit and try to balance out the 2 sides by focusing on my back strength/size? Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

It's amazing how people can know the answer to their question, yet still ask it. icon_wink.gif
