Leg/Glute Day

    If your leg/glute work out makes you so sore that you cant walk for 2 days, should it be adjusted or should you push through?

    Are you getting any results? If yes, then carry on. If no, then you might want to evaluate your routine and make sure you're not overtraining.

    It means you need to stretch...and obviously if you can't walk for 2 days then you haven't been doing enough of it

    I also push my legs to the max and cant walk for 2 days...but it seems to work so I guess we just need to suffer to be good looking lol
