Any guys out there play wallyball? I started last year and I really enjoy it! It is a better workout than you might imagine. One minor problem is that I
have sprained my ankles a few times this past year, but no more than when I played hoops!I would love to see other wallyballers post here!

I love wallyball. I used to play it pre season to volleyball just to get the foundation of the game back.

I would immediately get that ankle on ice! Oh wait, this is 4 1/2 years later.

Why is there a racquetball subforum and a volleyball subforum, but there isn't a wallyball subforum in the Sports forums?

If you tend to twist your ankles you may want to invest in some lace up ankle braces. About $20 each. It prevents your ankle from turning. I haven't had any problems since.

Thanks Solo! Some of the players that I play with regularly have those!
