My 5th good deed for today:

Even animals that are completely different from each other and live in totally different worlds can find a way to love each other, understand each other and be empathetic and tolerant of each other. Why we who speak the same language and can communicate attack, fight and make catty comments so much? Why can't we all be more tolerant and empathetic of each other?

I think the kitteh just want to capture that giant fish for dinner ;)

And hate to be one to spoil the party but cruelty in the animal kindom are common. Either within the same species or intra-species. Life is inherently selfish and self-preservation almost comes above all else.

So I don't subscribe to the 'Oh look at all the fluffy animals and they are full of love for each other, hence animals are more kind than human" thought.

It is a shame, that we humans, supposedly with reasoning and intelligence, can't conqure our natral instint entirely.

We have not evovled far enough yet.

You know, people say things like fish have only a 3 second memory, and only 10% of the population is gay. That's all bullshit and you should know. Why does my fish go crazy when he sees the spoon that I feed him with? And why is he not scared of the thermometer that he's seen many times, but will slowly approach and check out new tank decorations?

People, 30% of the population of men are so thinkin' about being with other men in some way or another. Men are hot, duh.

    I'm serious, it's not 10%, and lord knows it's not 3%. Gimme a break.
