I ran in the Half Marathon and finished in a time of approximately 1:28:25 which is 6:45 pace.

I ran the first 8 in low 53s and coasted the last 5 miles.

Considering I wanted to run 7 minute pace, I would say this is a good run for my first half-marathon.

Great run. Amazing times. I am running Boston tomorrow. I am not fast at all. I just want to get under 5 hours and avoid injuries.

Yeah I was at 1:05 or 6 at the 10 mile mark.

3rd in the 30-34 age group.

    I got the results:

33rd overall 29th in the men, 3rd in age group and I ran a time of 1:28:23.

The winning time is in---a world record at 2hrs 3mins! That's 4mins 44secs per mile for two solid hours. That's fast.

***Correction: it's the fastest time, but not a world record because it's a downhill course.
