    I do sit ups and crunchies regularly with my daily workout but what else can I do to See/feel/ show results?

    yup that and mix up your core workouts, dont JUST do situps and crunches, do some obliques, lower back, lower abs, hips, etc

    ...diet is even more important than exercise to show abs definition - the abs are already there -

    cut carbs and get into good quality protein and steamed vegetables - good luck

    I'm just going to carry an iPad in front of me at all times with a picture of ripped abs on it. Less work than trying to get these sexy stomach bumps.
