I'm trying to lose weight! I do 30/45 mins cardio 5 days a week i've lost 10lbs in 4 weeks but seem to be stuck at the minute. I eat carbs everyday eg: brown rice, potatoes, brown bread, brown pasta! i seem to have carbs with every meal... breakfast two pieces of brown bread with poached eggs, lunch: brown rice with chicken breast an for dinner i sometimes have chicken breast with vegetables and mashed potatoe is it bad to eat that much carbs in a day if i'm wanting to lose weight?
