Has anyone here checked this out/used it?

A friend of mine posted a link to this on facebook. I'm curious/intrigued. A high-intensity 12 minute workout sounds great... if it actually DOES something. Not looking to cut corners here - just be more efficient/effective if possible.

How does this rate on the BS-ometer and what does it do/not do? THANKS!
