I would like to gain about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle over the next 6 months, a goal that seems tough but not unreasonable to me. I have a very good nutrition plan going, and eat very clean. Also feel like my workouts are quite good. My problem is that I need to add about 800-1,000 clean calories a day to my intake. Has anybody tried Optimum Nutrition's Serious Mass as a gainer supplement?
