What do you mean? It sounds like a product you mix with milk and drink...

Russian Bear 5000 Powder Suggested Usage
As a dietary food supplement mix one serving together with one gallon of whole milk and drink throughout the day. Small drinks are preferable and can be spread out over one to four days. Drink whenever you choose including 30 minutes before bedtime. You will find Russian Bear 5000 Weight Gainer to taste great, if water is preferred instead of milk. You may also mix in a blender with ice for a delicious frosty milkshake.

    Google is teh shit

The names of these products seem almost unbelievable sometimes, like from a South Park episode.

Did i see deer antler powder? sheesh.

Otherwise i didn't notice anything particularly russian about it. i think at a certain point all these powders/shakes et al kind of meld together. A few guys here have posted some great advice about what four or five elements to look for in such drinks -- look it up. Beyond that, it's all marketing.

I totally recommend this stuff to any fellow ectomorph(sp). i work at a gym (not as a personal trainer) and asked one of the PT who's been helping me out what's the best stuff out there that will get me big, without having to take steroids. he told me to get this stuff. i started drinking on last friday. it's nowtuesday, and i gained 7 lbs! this stuff is a total life saver.
