I understand I should take something for ligaments and joints to help maintain stability while working out? What is the best thing I can do to maximize everything for working out, vitamins and/or hormones?
    Thanks!

Those a complete waste of money. They don't work.

MSM, glucosamine for long term joints health.
However, the undeniable supreme thing to do for your long term joint health and health in general is to do every single exercise and every single rep with the perfect correct form.

As for anabolic stuff, there is nothing more anabolic than real food and getting enough sleep/rest, save steroids.

Since you are 46, instead of testosterone boosters, just get testosterone from your GP, after a test to see your level. Most guys are so low by 45, as you start loosing yearly from 35-40.. Test. is prescribed in a gel , patch, lozenge or (shudder ) shot. With that you should take either DHEA or 7 Keto (a better form of DHEA) as it completes the testosterone. By the way, a supplement CLA ( conjugated linoleic acid) helps to get lean. Tumeric , a spice btw, will help with inflammation in the knees.. My recent pic at 60, is proof in the puddin', no brag just fact.
