How to pick training program??

    Out of the training programs, I'm not sure which to pick. I definitely want to get bigger muscle wise, but it looks a little intense for me the strength one. However the newbie training program looks a bit too easy for me. I been working out for a few months now.

    Should I just go with the newbie one and add in an extra set? Or what would you recommend? Thank you.

    STRUCTURE!

    If you get into the bad habit of keeping the same routine year after year, your body will adapt to the work load and you will have limited success. Don't just "add a set" to what you're doing now. What you're feeling is a sign that it's time to change up your entire work set.

    If "newbie" routines are becoming too easy for you, look for an intermediate program you enjoy. After a while, your goals and preferences will steer you into favorite routines to alternate.
