A little while ago one of my friends had this piece of green rubber that you could use to tone up your body really well... It was like a big rubber band... When I asked her what the name was, she said she couldnt remember and she has lost it now so she cant check...

I know it has the word 'firm' in it though...

    Anyone recall?

The light resistance Xertube band is green. The different resistances are marked by color (yellow, red, purple, et cetera) and can be bought individually.
Maybe that is what you had in mind?

Theraband makes both resistance tubing and flat 4-6" wide ribbon bands. It comes in red, green, yellow, and light blue I believe.
Firm might be referring to the resistance provided by that color and thickness.

Yea if its this shit you can get it free from any gym that also does rehabilitation services.

Or if you if you don't wanna do that im pretty sure you can buy am much as you want on sites like:

The color usually is based on the resistance level or how thick the rubber actually is.
