I get extremely angry on a regular basis just trying to handle regular days. I have a lot to be angry about, true, but I feel I should be able to handle it better as I usually end up throwing something. I already meditate, have incense, and listen to meditation music and now I've been using the punching bag in the basement to release my anger. It's largely due to feeling outcasted for my sexuality which isn't really a conflict I can work on unless you could change the world instantly, so, anyone else dealing with this? How do you handle your anger? I've been holding it back for years and I really don't want to end up beating the shit out of someone.
