I do NOT think the employees should have their jobs jeopardized for not acting on this attack. They are NOT hired to be bouncers and are NOT required to stop any fight on the premises. In fact, if they DID get involved, I would take some action for them doing so. Calling the local authorities should be the employees ONLY response. IMP....
I agree, and maybe I'm wrong, but I would think recording the fight would be helpful to authorities.
Laughing at the fight and recording it for YouTube is not being helpful. He mentioned in the recording that was his intentions. Any one of those "Men" could have escorted the victim to safety. They could have moved her into the restroom and guarded the door. They could have done anything human other than laugh, encourage the fight, and film.
The only time they even seemed the least bit concerned is when they told the two scumbags beating the victim that the police were on the way. They seemed concerned enough for them. How was telling the criminals to leave the sceene of a crime in any way helpful to authorities?
In my book those are not good employees, they are liabilities.
