The reminds me of the Kitty Genovese murder in 1964 where 37 or 38 people witnessed tyhis woman being murdered and no one helped.

All who witness this brutal attack will and can be charged. Mikey D's will be sued as well.

If I see any one being attack gay or straight please believe I will take some action!

Here is a clip from 1964. It applies today!

The above reported events are true and took place on March 14, 1964.

The brutal murder of Kitty Genovese and the
disturbing lack of action by her neighbors
became emblematic in what many perceived as an
evolving culture of violence and apathy in the
United States. In fact, social scientists
still debate the causes of what is now known
    as "the Genovese Syndrome."

When I heard about this attack I had promised that I would not view because I knew how emotional I would get. True enough I'm crying and it takes a LOT!

    CRAZY!

I do NOT think the employees should have their jobs jeopardized for not acting on this attack. They are NOT hired to be bouncers and are NOT required to stop any fight on the premises. In fact, if they DID get involved, I would take some action for them doing so. Calling the local authorities should be the employees ONLY response. IMP....

I agree, and maybe I'm wrong, but I would think recording the fight would be helpful to authorities.

Laughing at the fight and recording it for YouTube is not being helpful. He mentioned in the recording that was his intentions. Any one of those "Men" could have escorted the victim to safety. They could have moved her into the restroom and guarded the door. They could have done anything human other than laugh, encourage the fight, and film.

The only time they even seemed the least bit concerned is when they told the two scumbags beating the victim that the police were on the way. They seemed concerned enough for them. How was telling the criminals to leave the sceene of a crime in any way helpful to authorities?

In my book those are not good employees, they are liabilities.

The guy filming the attack also went on twitter the next day and said the attack was justified, because it was really a guy getting beaten.

Friendsrbetter is right in saying that as employees, it is not their job to stop the attack. However, as decent human beings, they should have stepped in to help. These people, and those who agree with their actions, are much better employees than they are decent human beings.

Funny how news didn't pick this up when it was just Black people beating a White person. But once they found out it was a tranny then OH, it became such a big deal.
