The Bodybugg

    I've started a new workout program with my trainer where the weight training is more intense and I have to hit over 3500+ calories a day. He recommended me using a Bodybugg (basically his and my way to track my calorie expenditure). Been on it for about a month and I'm liking it so far. It keeps track of all my physical activity levels, my calorie intake, and the calories I burn during my wake hours of day. Are there any other guys on here using it? If so, what's your opinion about it?

    I'm curious as to it's accuracy considering it's cost. I like the concept, but if it's not accurate or geared toward an 'average' metabolism or at weightloss rather than gain, then I'm not sure it would be worth it.

    Sure seems trendy though!
