Hey guys

Last week, at my gym, there was a group of about twenty 12-14 year-olds working out in the weights area. They were perhaps a school sports team, I'm not sure.

There was no-one supervising their weights routine.

I have always been under the assumption that young boys of this age should not be weight training because their bodies are still growing and weights can be damaging.
At the very least, someone should have been supervising them, because I broke out of my "lonely work-out guy" persona to tell this kid that he was going to hurt himself by swinging from his back to perform a barbell curl.

What say you?
