I was also thinking that perhaps we can add kettle bell swings (35 or 45 lbs) to it, if you're really advanced.Another thought
: I dunno if you guys do squat-jumps a lot, but I usually go further down so my thighs are parallel to the floor, but it doesn't look like these guys are doing here on the video. Is there a "good form" for squat jump? Sorry that's a slight derail.

@ carminea: I thought it's 100 combined? I don't think I can do 100 burpees straight in one sitting, let alone combining with 100 squat jumps and mountain-biking. Oh wait I just heard it myself. That totally explains why I'm struggling to get the 6pac. LOL!!
