    Anyone tried this (or similar) and does it work?
    Right now I am doing HIIT but I feel I am plataeuing. Maybe I'm not doing it right. icon_neutral.gif Constructive inputs are appreciated. Thanks. icon_biggrin.gif

    I am tired! I didn't even do a 100 of each, only 50 of squat-jumps and the stationary run and barely 30 of the other one.icon_confused.gif

    I was also thinking that perhaps we can add kettle bell swings (35 or 45 lbs) to it, if you're really advanced.

    Another thought: I dunno if you guys do squat-jumps a lot, but I usually go further down so my thighs are parallel to the floor, but it doesn't look like these guys are doing here on the video. Is there a "good form" for squat jump? Sorry that's a slight derail.

    @ carminea: I thought it's 100 combined? I don't think I can do 100 burpees straight in one sitting, let alone combining with 100 squat jumps and mountain-biking. Oh wait I just heard it myself. That totally explains why I'm struggling to get the 6pac. LOL!!

    the trainners name is mike chang, he likes to put up vids that you can do at home if you didnt have time to workout at the gym that day...... i personally love it, i can get a quicker warm up and get into the proper heart rate zone faster. plus its not so boring like running (i like boring too lol).... i like following his vids here and there to change up my routine.

    icon_smile.gif I did this at the gym a couple days ago and nobody stared at me. But my gym is very kettle bell / AstroTurf oriented. The head trainer strongly believes this school of physical fitness training and he's got a body of a god to prove it too. I stopped doing long-ass boring cardio because it didn't get me the results I wanted, which is to lower body fat. HIIT worked better for sure.

    I've always enjoyed the Mike Chang videos, and I've incorporated a number of his suggestions in my workouts. (M100s are killer) Love his short burst workouts for when I don't have time to get the the gym before work.
