    My worst is...

Anytime I see a fried onion on a list I'm like, "YES... MUST... HAVE."

I'm curious to see what others can barely resist.

My favorite fatty indulgence is McD's french fries or a scoop of ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. All others, I leave it completely off my list.

Delicious, some of my favorites, too!

Another one of my favorites is authentic Sichuan twice-cooked pork, made with pork belly (i.e, uncured bacon). Mmmm mmmm good!

And chicken fried steak with cream gravy, perhaps with sides of mashed potatoes (and more gravy), fried okra and collard greens. Can't find a pic of that exact combo, but still, yummm!

Hmm.... haven't been to any restaurant that serves up "fatty indulgences" in a few years (or I've overlooked them on the menus). Haven't been to a fast food joint in years either, come to think of it. But, suddenly, I'm inspired to ask a hundred people where I'd find the best chips (fries) in town (just in case I ever get the notion again).

Wow! I'd heard of the Awesome Blossom and Bloomin' Onion, but to see a picture... Um, thanks.

I suppose a burger from Rosie's, medium rare. But very rarely, maybe once a month. I can't eat anything fried anymore, usually makes me sick (probably the gall bladder going bad), but I once could eat the Bloomin' Onion, which was OK to share with the table, never could eat one solo.

My other indulgences, none really fat, are chilled raw oysters, and most kinds of shellfish. Although if I eat lobster or crab in dripping drawn butter I suppose that's kinda fatty. We have crab at home fairly often, but also in restaurants.

My second favorite and may seem weird but I love it and that is Wendy's French fries dipped in frosty shake.

This totally explains why you buy those 5 pounds of okra in Chinatown!

I almost got REALLY carried away with this, so I will limit it to probably the worst...

    3669048027_34e450c487.jpg

Has got to be one of the worst things for you ever. And I don't just love it by itself, I also love it on fajita nachos (with chicken, steak, AND shrimp) and covering burritos, rice, or basically anything else. Its my weakness!
