have been my best friends since starting p90X haha

I did the abripperx dvd the other day and kick my ass, but i noticed that my psoas major(hip flexors) were extremely sore, callem "so sore psoas"... anyways, I did stretching and used ice packs but nothing seemed to work like the ice massage did.

Anyone else do them when you get sore?

not gonna lie, yes it was haha icon_confused.gif but as much as the soreness sucks, and even though I look like an idiot walking, I love the sore feeling, makes me feel like I actually accomplished something icon_lol.gif

As a sports treatment for muscle strain/over work, and ice massage is a miracle worker, just not so fun to actually get

I prefer heat to ice, but it all depends on the situation
