DueDiligence saidHate to go all Biblical but I've found that the Bible's definition of love to be quite true to me. Not trying to be preachy or anything here. We all find what we want in life in all different ways and I'm not a religious person, but I find these words to be very true to me.
Just sharing this,
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."
Well, if that is what love is than I'm pretty sure I've fallen short already. Patience is something we develop from growing,
Kind - Gosh, can you imagine always being kind and never being terribly upset when someone hurts you?
Love does not Boast - well, shoot, I'm guilty of that.
Proud - I want to consider myself a meek humble person in nature, but pride can be carried in many ways.
I think the hardest part for me is keeping no record of wrongs! I guess, I can't forget what happens but I can certainly learn from them and let them be a lesson as opposed to a grunge. =)
Don't know if this will help. Just I guess posting for the sake of it.
