    try eating healthy and excersize.
there is no fat free food, chicken has natural fat in it, like all animals hahaha.
if it is fat free, it is chemically filled with other junk.
and stay away from the mc donalds.
otherwise, you can eat what you want, as long as it is responsible, and to much of something is never good

I can relate being in college and not working much. Some of my staples, whole wheat bread and pasta, eggs, cottage cheese, brown rice, oatmeal, frozen veg. I use either coupons or generic brands. Everything else like proteins and fresh produce you just have to watch what goes on sale. I normally snag proteins that they have to sell that day, normally you find an extra dollar off or something, if you don't use it right away throw it in the freezer. Just be smart about what and when you buy.

    mmmm. pure carbs and mcdonalds.
how is it that you aren't losing weight?

eggs, cans of tuna or chicken, cottage cheese
hopefully those are on the cheap side.

i mean, if you're going to eat carbs, make sure there is protein with it, and i would make sure it's either a grain like wheat something (wheat bread, pasta) or brown (rice) and oatmeal. but don't shove too much of it in you if you're trying to lose unless you are working it off somehow - like playing sports.

Not sure where you live, but I understand the poor bit, running between to jobs to make rent and go to shcool is murder but.

I buy like 2-3 heads of lettuce 3$
bag of apples and pranges and I thing of bananas, 6$ together
    Eggs (for protein) 2$
    Oatmeal 3$
    Low fat milk 3$
Bag of frozen chicken breast. 8$

I cant make month, If I feel a hunger pain I can get rid of it with a big glass of cold water or gum. Hope it helps.
