What a horrible weather week. On Tuesday, we had the 20 year anniversary of the F-5 Andover tornado 20 years ago.... then a rerun with
the Tuscaloosa and other tornado horrors in Alabama, Mississippi and other southern states. Anybody here have tornado damage or see damage?
Thoughts and prayers certainly with those in the south who have lost so very much

With so much death and destruction, I assumed somebody here would have
had some experience... but if so, I'm sure they are busy and not hanging on this site. lol

Its horrible down here. This is actually the first day that I have been able to use the internet on my phone to even see what all happened. I had two amazing guys try to keep me up to date one what actually occured but for the most part we are completely in the dark.

We lost all power at around 10am wed right after the first one hit. I live in in between madison and athens and you could see and hear sirens for around 18 hours. I was even stupid enough to take some pictures of one that touched down roughly three houses down before we started to see chunks of frozen pink insulation falling from out of nowhere. Luckily it ended up following the road. This also means noone can get in or out of our area for a while.

This being said I haven't been able to get in touch with a very good friend that was trying to cheer me up during the second one that hit our area in about 48 hours. I am in better spirits today but still kind of lost because I can't really communicate with a lot of my friends in the area. Also they have said they will not release any names right now so its a little unsettling.
